4. Therapy, self-help books and other programs I’ve tried have not provided me with practical solutions that I can act upon.

6. I am open to exploring difficult questions and revisiting painful events in a quest for greater self-awareness.
7. I am ready to work with a supportive partner to establish and take the necessary steps to break old patterns and achieve my life goals.

If you have answered “true” to at least one of statements 1-4 and all of statements 5-8, you are ready to partner with a life coach and start working toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
